What are the responsibilities and job description for the Onboarding Coordinator position at HTi LLC?
The role of the Onboarding Coordinator is to provide support to the hourly recruiting staff through the administration and coordination of Human Technologies, Inc. (HTI) processes and procedures. The main responsibility of this position is to manage the integrity of these systems to ensure quality and compliance.
Essential Job Function :
- Set-up orientation computers and orientation paperwork prior to start.
- Check in associates scheduled for orientation, verify to schedule and take ID's and other required documentation, as applicable.
- Administer and grade all required testing, such as WL or PI as required.
- Oversee orientation process, assist with questions as associates complete paperwork.
- Conduct drug screens and background checks for associates during the orientation process.
- Administer proper client specific documentation as needed.
- Update applicant assignment status in Ultrastaff with proper coding per work instructions after orientation.
- Complete applicant file and process new hire paperwork per work instructions.
- Manage and update tracking and reporting for associates after orientation.
- Conduct E-verify for appropriate associates.
- Participate in instant interviews of applicants as needed.
- Assist with overflow of incoming phone calls and transfer as needed.
- Assist recruiters, leads and branch manager as needed.
- Ensure office is prepared and ready to run efficiently by making sure that all needed copies are made and supplies are available.
- Responsible for overall maintenance of the filing systems and making sure that all files are audit ready.
- Assist with job fairs sponsored by HTI or Clients as needed.
- Other duties as required in support of the team
