Maintenance Supervisor

Human Technologies, Inc. has an immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with a manufacturing company in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. This is a direct hire, salaried role. Salary will depend on experience and education, and the range is approximately $75,000 – 85,000 / year. sibilities:Superv

ise a team of Maintenance Technicians, providing leadership and training. Manage the execution of all required plant maintenance, including preventative maintenance.Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).Create or update SOP’s and ensure that all team members are trained on any changes.Maintain and track Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and other departmental and employee goals.Ensure a safe work environment for all company employees.Coordinate with the plant Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Director, and other departments to effectively schedule maintenance work.Work to continuously improve machinery down time and be proactive in addressing issues.Serve as the main contact for technical issues and troubleshooting.Track all maintenance work completed and all maintenance related paperwork. Ensure that inventory levels for parts and tools are maintained at the appropriate level; coordinate with supply chain team to procure necessary materials.Conduct personnel evaluations periodically, and continuously mentor and develop the maintenance team members.
