- Managing daily batch chemical production operations across multiple shifts
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 9000, Process Safety Management (PSM), and Risk Management Plan (RMP) standards
- Leading, training, and supporting production and logistics staff to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork
- Collaborating with scheduling, supply chain, maintenance, customer service, and lab teams to meet production goals and customer demand
- Monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, increase efficiency, and minimize waste
