What You’ll Do:
Restore vehicle finishes to pre-accident or like-new condition
Full truck or car restoration
Perform a full car or truck disassembly and reassembly
Perform surface preparation, including removing old coatings, spot filling, sanding, and masking
Fiberglass and body work
Mix and match paints; apply primers, sealers, base coats, single-stage, and clear coats
Buff, polish, and apply protective coatings to complete the finish
Review repair orders and perform accurate assessments before starting work
Communicate with the Parts Admin to ensure correct and timely parts sourcing
Identify any additional repairs or safety issues during the inspection
Document all work performed and maintain repair records
Operate hand tools, power tools, and airless paint spraying equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What You Bring:
Proven experience in auto body repair and painting
Mechanical aptitude and vehicle maintenance experience
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Skilled in spraying, buffing, and polishing
Familiarity with auto restoration techniques
Strong communication and documentation skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
