Overview :
HTeaO, a thriving franchise in the tea industry, is seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to join the growing marketing team. FIeld Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the marketing strategies, tools, processes, and programs that support the execution of HTeaOs New Store Opening and Local Brand Programs. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing,this role will work closely with the Marketing team to provide training and support on the NSO marketing planning process, work with cross-functional teams to develop growth marketing strategies, manage specific NSO and local brand Marketing assets and information, and occasionally provide on-site NSO & local activation support.
Responsibilities :
Manages the development of NSO Marketing strategies and partners with cross-functional teams to support the growth of the business
Manages the development, execution, and analysis of new and existing pre-, post-, and grand opening promotions and programs to support specific market needsManages all NSO Marketing planning templates, approval processes, timelines, and collateral including standard and custom assetsOccasionally travels to local markets to support New Store Openings(NSO) and gain learnings across market typesSeeks feedback from the Franchise Partners , Key Leaders, and Operations team regularly to understand the effectiveness of programs and tools and adjusts as neededDevelop recommendations for NSO Marketing campaigns and needed collateral for each NSOMonitors NSO digital listings on the website, third party sites, and NSO informational webpagesWorks with cross-functional partners to address any issues with NSO Marketing materials and support requestsProvides support to franchise partners through training and sharing of best practices, updated programs, and plan templatesSupports the planning and execution of high-profile Store openingsLocal Brand MarketingCollaborates with the Vice President of Marketing to evaluate the specific marketing needs of assigned markets, establishing a tailored support approach, focus areas, and expectations based on market coverage needs, divisional priorities, and individual store performance
Develops trade areas through both on-the-ground and remote initiatives by forming new partnerships and sponsorships, while managing the internal Community Request System (CRS) and overseeing the execution of quarterly marketing plansEnforces HTeaOs brand standards, serving as the Filed Marketing lead during transitional periods for both new and established marketsBuilds active community involvement by driving in-Store fundraisers and fostering overall growth in large order salesDevelops and executes business unit marketing plans aligned with divisional marketing priorities, including objectives for sales, customer growth, ROI, and brand goalsLeverages ROI methodologies to measure the effectiveness of marketing plans and recommends adjustments to improve outcomesParticipates in ongoing training to remain current on marketing programs and philosophiesProvides support for national activations, influencer engagements, within assigned markets as neededQualifications :
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Passionate about people with a genuine desire to understand our guests and operating partners needs and values.
