Position Summary
As a General Manager, you will be prepared to take on a leadership role at one of our locations. You will be instrumental in maintaining operational excellence, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and cultivating a positive team culture. This position provides an opportunity to grow and develop into an HTeaO General Manager role as openings become available.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment by leading with integrity and accountability.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members, ensuring alignment with HTeaO values and operational standards.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide regular coaching, and develop talent pipelines.
Operations Management
- Ensure all store operations run efficiently, adhering to company policies, safety protocols, and local regulations.
- Oversee inventory, scheduling, and labor management to meet financial and operational goals.
- Ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality products and outstanding guest experiences.
Financial Performance
- Analyze financial statements to identify trends, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Monitor store profitability and develop strategies to achieve or exceed financial targets.
- Oversee cash handling, deposits, and accurate reporting to minimize loss.
Community Engagement
- Build strong relationships with local communities to promote HTeaO’s brand and values.
- Represent the company at events, fostering goodwill and community partnerships.
Qualifications/Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in management within the retail, food service, or hospitality industries.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership, training, and development.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in inventory and financial management software preferred.
- Results-driven with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Additional Information
- Willingness to relocate as needed to fill General Manager roles in various locations.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays as needed.
