Job Summary
The Director of Business Development will be responsible for leading and executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and revenue. Duties
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other methods
- Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure profitable contracts
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of business development efforts
- Utilize market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Oversee project management of business development initiatives
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track leads and opportunities
- Drive sales initiatives by setting targets, forecasting sales, and monitoring performance
- Engage in strategic planning to position the company for long-term success
Qualifications
