We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves outside sales responsibilities, where you will be tasked with managing accounts and building lasting relationships with clients in various sectors, including pharmaceutical sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new sales opportunities and potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional service and support, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products/services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in outside sales roles.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Pay: $68,394.00 - $79,746.00 per year
