Epsilon Worker
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cleans and prepares surfaces for painting, using air-powered sandblasting equipment.
Applies paper and masking tape to protect unpainted surfaces, such as windows and trim.
Verifies and uses the proper paint as directed and according to specifications.
Assists, as directed, in stirring paint, pouring paint into spray container, and applying primer or finish coat of paint, using spray gun.
Disassembles paint and sandblasting equipment and cleans equipment and nozzles.
Assist in a variety of areas throughout the plant as directed by the Plant Manager
Is willing to cross-train and perform the work of other job tasks as directed.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Possess a suitable combination of education and experience to meet the requirements of this position
Must have mechanical aptitude
Must be able to operate an industrial powered fork truck
Must be able to work with various hand tools
Able to work independently or as a team player
Able to take direction and communicate with others
Have excellent time management skills, organized and detail oriented
Employ a friendly, outgoing personality, respectful of co-workers and ability to work with individuals to carry out goals of the organization

Perform work standing up in work cell for 8-10 hours per day and up to 6 days a week.
