Join Our Team as an HR Recruiting Assistant!
Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with a passion for people and recruiting? Our client is seeking a HR Recruiting Assistant to support our hiring process and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This is a temporary position, but it may have the opportunity to transition to a full-time job.
Key Responsibilities :
Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate with hiring teams.
Monitor the HR inbox and respond to candidate inquiries and follow-ups.
Administer pre-employment assessments and maintain accurate candidate records.
Assist with onboarding by managing pre-employment screenings and new hire documentation.
Communicate candidate information to interview teams, including senior leadership.
Prepare weekly recruiting summaries and reports.
Arrange travel for candidates as needed.
What We’re Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
2 years of experience in HR or an office environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
Pay : $22-24 / hr
