Hey Roof Man LLC is seeking motivated, goal-driven individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives based in Nashville, TN. This is an onsite position , providing you the opportunity to interact directly with homeowners, assess roofing needs, and offer industry-leading solutions. What You'll Do :
Canvass neighborhoods within the Greater Nashville area to generate leads.
Present Hey Roof Man's roofing solutions and services to potential clients.
Conduct onsite roof assessments to provide accurate solutions.
Follow up on leads and log all activities in the company CRM.
Work directly with insurance companies to assist clients with claims.
Attend regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Who We're Looking For :
Sales Experience : Previous door-to-door sales or cold calling experience preferred.
Excellent Communication Skills : Ability to engage and build trust with customers.
Self-Starter Attitude : Driven to meet and exceed sales targets independently.
Physically Capable : Comfortable climbing roofs and working outdoors.
Highly Organized : Strong time management and follow-up skills.
Honesty & Integrity : Representing our brand with professionalism and authenticity.
Role Details :
- Work Location : Onsite at 1305 Murfreesboro Pk. Nashville, TN. 37217
- Service Areas : Nashville and surrounding cities (Murfreesboro, Franklin, Brentwood, etc.)
- Work Hours : 30-40 hours per week
- Compensation : Commission-only ($75,000 expected first-year earnings)
