Entry Level Customer Service and Sales Representative Position Available!
HTX Strategies is seeking Entry Level Customer Support Sales Representatives who are able to respond to inquiries to clients, provide a superb customer service and sales satisfaction experience. Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Ability to navigate through applications including salesforce and other software's
- Ability to work and respond to customer issues/complaints
- Provide assistance to new customers
- Up-sell to existing eligible customers
- Selling to existing and new customers
- Respond to customer requests in a timely fashion
- Track customer calls and client meetings for reporting purposes
- Memorizing training script and maintain client product knowledge
- Be open to receptive feedback and must be willing to change and improve behavior
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience face to face
- Adhere to compliance regulations
Job Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and to take on new challenges.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred not required.
- Must be extremely willing to learn to manage a team.
- Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
- At least one year demonstrating superb call center or retail customer service experience.
- Must be a very positive individual.
- Excellent teamwork skills- must be willing to work in a team environment.
