Residential and Commercial Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaners to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces. Ideal candidates will have experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work, demonstrating a commitment to providing high-quality cleaning services.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively.
• Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain hygiene standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated time frames.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new techniques and processes related to cleaning services.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
