Hub 71 Restaurant in Sebeka has been revamped, reimagined, and refreshed! With that, we are looking for results-driven Lead Servers to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in the world of restaurant hustle and love to lead a team, Hub 71 is looking for you!
We seek proven, experienced, fun, and friendly leaders passionate about exceeding guest expectations and driving sales. As a Lead Server, you will ensure exceptional service, maximize table turnover, and contribute to a positive and profitable environment. If you're a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and are dependable and passionate about hospitality, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales through upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
- Ensure efficient table management.
- Provide exceptional service
- Train and motivate serving staff.
- Maintain a positive working environment.
FT or PT positions available. Closed on Sundays and Mondays. Shift start times are 10 am or 4 pm.
