What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ballpark Operations Staff - Part Time position at Hub City Spartanburgers?
Summary
The Hub City Spartanburgers are searching for hard working and driven individuals to assist with the care of Fifth Third Park during non-game hours. These individuals would work alongside our Ballpark Operations full-time staff performing various duties throughout the facility to maintain cleanliness and effective operations of the ballpark.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist Ballpark Operations staff with daily upkeep of Fifth Third Park.
- Set-up and tear-down for events, ensure ballpark cleanliness, and otherwise work inside and out.
- Minor duties around the ballpark, including fixing bathroom accessories, fixing seats, fixing door and gate repair, changing HVAC filters, and pressure washing.
- Assist in Pre-Game, Game, and Post-Game cleaning operations when needed.
- Assist with all stadium and office maintenance.
- Assist with checking the cleanliness of the seating bowl, concourse, restrooms, perimeter, group and hospitality areas, suite level, etc.
- Assist with daily cleaning of the stadium concourse and high-traffic areas.
- Assist in the preparation of the stadium for each event held at Fifth Third Park.
- Support with janitorial employees, stadium inventories, stadium cleanup, clubhouse operations and non-game day events.
- Help with receiving shipments and organizing all storage areas.
- Putting up sponsorship banners, signs, and TV’s.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Positive attitude is a must.
- Ability to multi-task and handle responsibility.
- Skills with various workshop tools a plus.
- Must be willing to get dirty.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
