Team Store Sales Associate

The Hub City Spartanburgers are looking for part-time sales associates to work in the Spartanburgers Team Stores on game days, major events, and weekends as needed. The Hub City Spartanburgers will offer a variety of work such as sorting, pricing, stocking, arranging merchandise displays, cashiering and customer service. This role will be mightily important to the success of our inaugural season and in expanding the Hub City Spartanburgers brand beyond Spartanburg to fans around the globe!

Duties & Responsibilities

·       Provide exceptional customer service.

·       Assist fans in finding memorabilia and official team merchandise.

·       Sort, price, and tag merchandise.

·       Operate registers and follow card handling procedures.

·       Maintain store appearance and merchandise standards.

·       Pack and ship online orders.

·       Understand products and services to provide accurate information to fans.

·       Protect store assets and financial information by ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of inventory or procedures, alerting management of any potential issues.

·       Have fun!

·       Other duties as assigned.

·       Must be available to work the majority of Hub City Spartanburgers home games (flexibility to accommodate night games, weekends, and holidays necessary).

·       Strong communication skills.

·       Exceptional customer service ability.

·       Adaptable and willing to learn.

·       Retail experience preferred, not required.
