Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a retail environment. Your primary goal will be to assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Duties
- Greet customers and offer assistance
- Recommend products based on customer needs
- Process transactions using a cash register or POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and merchandise products
- Upsell additional items to increase sales
- Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Basic math skills for calculating prices and providing change
- Knowledge of retail math concepts
- Familiarity with stock procedures and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Social Media and Phone Skills ( Preffered )
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,086.11 per month
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
