Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various clerical tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as needed.
- Maintaining office supplies/stock and ordering supplies as needed.
- Restock coffee bars in the Admin areas.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
- Sort mail and notify employees of packages at switchboard.
- In and out processing of Visitors into the facility (Badging and Visitor Logs)
Skills
- Proficiency in clerical tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Shift Details
Monday - Friday 8A-5P
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.45 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
