ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

  • Data input of daily cash receipts, both manual entry and automated uploads
  • Reconciliation of cash receipts to daily deposits
  • Resolve and apply unidentified receipts daily
  • Convert remittances into Excel format
  • Maintain and follow adopted internal controls
  • Provide support for various Finance personnel
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Good organizational skills
  • High beginner minimum Excel skills
  • Computer proficiency and excellent data entry skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills with the ability to interface with customers, vendors and internal personnel
  • Team player, high energy with good math and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • 2 years of work experience in cash applications, ideally in a high volume environment
