Location Supervisor

The Location Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations at designated locations, reporting directly to the Location Manager. This individual must possess an in-depth understanding of their assigned location(s), foster strong relationships with clients, and optimize delivery operations to increase efficiency and business.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop leadership skills to become a proficient Location Manager
• Prioritize and manage delivery routes for maximum productivity
• Contribute to contractor recruitment and retention efforts
• Maintain a positive work culture and engage employees
• Cultivate strong working relationships with clients and the Location Manager
• Enforce operational policies and procedures
• In certain locations, oversee warehouse operations
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proven track record in management and/or logistics
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership and time management abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage workload
• Demonstrates attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and develops solutions
• Negotiates effectively with individuals and groups
• Provides timely support to internal and external stakeholders
• Effective organizational and leadership skills
• Proven ability to supervise, coach, and influence employees
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and AS400
