Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct all functions within the terminal, including productivity, service, safety, and cost management.
- Develop and implement annual business plans for the terminal, focusing on strategic growth and improvement.
- Conduct regular reviews of key performance indicators and develop strategies to address areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in transportation management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of transportation operations, laws, and regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and lead multiple tasks simultaneously.
Compensation and Benefits
$90,000 - $120,000 per year base salary plus bonus eligibility.
