Here’s Where You Come In
We are currently seeking an Associate Financial Analyst to join our growing Employee Benefits Insurance team. You’ll be focused on assisting HUB client teams in monitoring, analyzing, and strategizing on various aspects of our client’s employee benefits programs. Specific tasks include developing budget variance reports, analyzing claims utilization, preparing budget projections, assisting with the reserve development, and negotiating with carriers on their renewal offers. Other tasks may include attending and participating in strategy meetings with Account Executives and Producers as analytical subject matter expert. Will also be responsible for developing, communicating, and negotiating RFP process.

Duties and Responsibilities
Managing and obtaining client data
Completing initial level of standard financial deliverables
Updating tools and templates, as projects arise
Analyzing claims utilization
Developing budget variance reports
Preparing budget projections
Negotiating with carriers on their renewal offers
