We are seeking a Field Operations Manager to join our team! The coverage area are for the following states : Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Florida, Maryland, West Virginia, and New Jersey .
- Parking industry experience is preferred
Responsibilities (included, but not limited to) :
Develop and execute strategic plans for project management initiatives.Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of all projects within the assigned area.Lead and manage the regional project management team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.Assign roles and responsibilities and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Guarantee that all Team Members perform their duties in line with their Job Description and measure the quality and performance of the Team.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.Implement project management best practices and methodologies to drive successful project outcomes.Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure project success.Effectively allocate resources to support project needs and priorities. Monitor project performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Qualifications :
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in project management leadership roles.A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.PMP certification is required for this role within one year of acceptanceProven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.HUB Parking Technology is a key global player in the domain of Parking Access and Revenue Control Systems, with over 30 years of proven success.
