This contract role will provide support to faculty, learners, and staff specific to Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, and other collaboration platforms.
- Diagnose, escalate and resolve software incidents Microsoft 365 Exchange, SharePoint Online, Teams, Slack, Zoom and other collaboration and custom platforms
- Participate in projects providing subject matter and technical expertise on applications
- Configure applications to match business needs
- Build and update use case and technical documentation as needed
- Create troubleshooting guides and knowledge articles
Experience
- BS in CS, Math, Science or similar - or related professional experience
- 5 years of remote and on site application support and troubleshooting
Salary : $45 - $53
