The Financial Associate assists with reporting, accounting, revenue management, and compliance operations for our digital courses and learning experiences. Job duties include the documentation and reconciliation of revenue transactions and tracking and managing invoices and payments.
- Create and process invoices for course revenue across multiple platforms and partners
- Support revenue operations by monitoring wires, preparing journal transactions, depositing checks, processing GL uploads, and running monthly close processes
- Record revenue to relevant systems, maintain and review revenue reports, and reconcile external payments with launch schedules to ensure accuracy
- Provide strong customer service to individual learners, B2B billing contacts, and internal and external partners; Manage communications for billing inquiries via email and CRP workflows
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience
Salary : $35 - $40
