Responsibilities
- Assist in processing payroll for employees accurately and timely.
- Validate timekeeping records to ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Support in preparing and distributing payroll reports to management.
- Help with data entry and maintenance of employee payroll information.
- Collaborate with the HR, Accounting, and Finance teams.
- Respond to payroll inquiries and provide assistance to employees regarding payroll matters.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
- Learn and utilize payroll software and systems effectively.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of payroll administration.
