What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grounds Maintenance Specialist position at HUBBARD HILL ESTATES?
We are looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our growing team! We are looking for someone who has previous experience in grounds maintenance and is able to lift heavy loads. The Grounds Maintenance Specialist will assist in all operations of the Grounds Department.

Assist in all operations of the Grounds Department including maintaining of all lawns, trees, gardens, shrubbery, plants, ponds and fountains
Maintains all parking areas
Installs and maintains exterior signs
Maintains boundary fencing
Able to use and maintain all associated equipment and machinery
Assists residents with gardening
Removes snow and ice from roads and walks
Exterior trash removal
Replaces exterior and parking deck lights
Assists Maintenance team as needed
Maintains irrigation systems
Other duties as requested by supervisor
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in grounds maintenance
Must be able to lift heavy loads
Ability to implement and initiate necessary plans to ensure proper maintenance of grounds
Basic computer knowledge and experience
