What are the responsibilities and job description for the Long Term Care Facility Driver position at Hubbard Hill Estates?
We are seeking a driver to transport residents to and from appointments, activities and other locations, ensuring their safety and well-being. This role is 10-20 hours per week mainly Mondays and Tuesdays.

Responsibilities:
- Pick up and drop off residents at medical appointments, therapy sessions, social events, and other destinations.
- Ensure residents are properly secured in the vehicle and follow all safety protocols. Must be able to push wheelchairs, fold up wheelchairs and secure in trunk.
- Plan and execute routes efficiently and safely. Must be able to quickly adjust on the fly, prioritize and plan out your day.
- Provide friendly and helpful service to residents and their families.
