Job Description:
- Responsible for maintaining and monitoring Lifetime FCR equipment at all times.
- Setup, breakdown, and cleaning all jobs associated with Lifetime FCR.
- Working closely with grow farm manager, staff, and selection team.
- Responsible for meeting targets set by R&D department.
- Biosecurity-Health & Safety are major responsibilities.
- Ensure proper bird handling LLC Personnel and Job Safety rules, Biosecurity regulations, and the Animal Welfare Policy.
- Ensure maximum accuracy of pedigree data.
- Monitor strain security to preserve and protect the purity of our bloodlines from contamination or theft.
- Perform all other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Some experience in agriculture related work preferred (not required)
- Must be a self-motivator capable of performing tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Basic computer skills and comfortable using technology.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and possible after hours call ins.
- Team Orientated.
- Some travel out of state may be required.
- Must possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United State of America.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation.
Other Conditions:
- Candidate must adhere to strict confidentiality rules in regards to data handling.
- Candidate cannot own or house any wild or domesticated avian species.
- Candidate agrees to comply with all other company bio-security, animal welfare, safety, and personal conduct policies.
- Many tasks performed in this role may require repetitive bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), kneeling, standing, walking, and contact with live animals.

Job Description Summary:
We are seeking an outstanding individual who will be responsible and accountable for FCR in the poultry industry. This will be involved with weighing birds, setup and breakdown of equipment, and also cleaning of equipment and any other jobs necessary.
