What we offer you:
$63,000/year salary
3 weeks of vacation
Monthly bonus (use it for healthcare or however you choose!)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (occasional weekend surprises)
Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a drug test and a background check
Bachelor’s degree OR 5 years of management experience, leading 10-20 field techs
HR expertise—recruitment, customer service, and mentoring are at the core of this role
Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (think Friday night restaurant rush or a busy ER)
Willingness to travel to Bluffton, SC multiple times a week to oversee jobs and network
