**ABOUT US:**
We are Hubbard’s Maid Service, the largest residential maid service in the Coastal Empire and have been voted the Best of Savannah for many years! Our goal is to create clean, comfortable homes while fostering a supportive environment for our team.
**ABOUT THE ROLE:**
As our Service Manager, you will mentor and coach our cleaning technicians, drive revenue, and enhance client satisfaction. Your leadership will inspire a collaborative culture that elevates our service quality. Responsibilities include leading a team of cleaning professionals, implementing strategies for growth, analyzing performance metrics, and resolving client concerns.
**WHAT YOU WILL NEED:**
- 5 years of service management experience, preferably in home services.
- Passion for mentoring and coaching.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a love for working with people.
- Proven ability to drive revenue and maintain high client and employee satisfaction.
- Team player mentality focused on collaboration.
**What we offer you:**
- $63,000/year salary
- 3 weeks of vacation
- Monthly bonus (use it for healthcare or however you choose!)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (occasional weekend surprises)
