What You Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma or GED
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in learning mechanical skills
• Dependable & a great team player
• Curious, problem-solving mindset
• Plumbing and/or carpentry skills? Big plus!

What You’ll Do:

Equipment Maintenance & Repair

• Work closely with departments to troubleshoot and fix machinery
• Keep equipment running smoothly with regular maintenance & repairs
• Log activities & stay on top of preventative maintenance

Facility Upkeep & Improvement

• Keep our facility safe, clean & well-maintained—inside & out
• Handle repairs, maintenance projects & seasonal upkeep
• Help with basic construction tasks as needed

Project Planning & Collaboration

• Support office & production teams by planning and forecasting maintenance needs
• Assist with setup, cleanup, and facility improvements
