The Data Coordinatorwill assist the Hubbell Utility Solutions (HUS) Sales Commercial Excellence organization with data cleansing, reporting, and analysis; to support and enhance our business intelligence capabilities. - Manage HUS customer master & condition records for sales splits and commissions in our primary ERP system (SAP).
- Set up sales hierarchy & partner information in SAP
- Support dual credit and new product development (NPD) sales tracking
- Manage Power BI security access for sales reps
- On a monthly basis, review shipments from portions of the business not on SAP. Determine which Salesperson should receive credit, route information for approval by Sales manager(s), consolidate responses, and load data into SAP.
- On a monthly basis, determine adjustments needed for terminated external Sales representatives. Generate consolidated adjustment report.
- On a monthly basis, determine adjustments related to account changes that have occurred. Generate consolidated adjustment related to these account changes.
- Determine root cause of creating the need for adjustments and correct those root causes in SAP, in order to minimize the need for subsequent adjustments.
- As needed, review e-mails related to incorrect commission assignments for items already shipped/invoiced. Generate consolidated adjustment report for inclusion in monthly adjustment load. Ensure that SAP master data is corrected, in order to improve accuracy and reduce additional manual corrections.
- On an annual basis and as needed, review territory assignments with Sales leadership (Regional VP's). Generate the appropriate forms necessary to have the assigned Salesperson updated in SAP.
- As needed, generate any required forms for new external Sales reps/Agents and forward payments for processing.
- Support other aspects of the Sales organization's utilization of business data, in order to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of reporting.
- Associates degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in a business-to-business environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Intermediate skill with Microsoft Excel and proficiency in other Microsoft Office products
- Power BI experience is a plus
