Systems Control is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Co-op to become a part of our Integrated Substation Solutions team - May - December 2025. A Day In The Life
- Assist manufacturing with implementation of safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements
- Design fixtures, carts, and tooling
- Research and justify new capital equipment using A3 methodology
- Create methods for standard work procedures
- Participate in Rapid Improvement (Kaizen) events
- Recognize and help with problem solving efforts
- Assist with preventative maintenance procedures
- Work with design engineers to implement design changes
