A Day In The Life
- Support operation manger by leading / facilitating cross functional projects and initiatives to drive operational excellence.
- Identify and analyze system deficiencies or inefficiencies and recommend solutions to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, optimize output, and improve productivity.
- Design / develop systems and process tools to track, analyze, and optimize productivity in day-to-day performance.
- Work with Manufacturing Engineers, analyzing equipment performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring effective return on assets.
- Develop tools to aid in demand and capacity planning and assist in review and analysis of sales forecast to strategically leverage available resource capacity.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify root cause and resolve inconsistencies and inaccuracies in MRP and MES reports.
- Demonstrate behaviors and values in alignment with Meramec's Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement culture.
