Hubbell Electrical Solutions
Hubbell Electrical Solutions (HES) are essential to managing power across a wide range of industries and applications. HES provides the critical components that allow operators of buildings, factories and other industrial infrastructure to connect, protect, wire and manage power.

- Responsible for managing new and current construction site projects from beginning to end
- Manage new product project schedule with suppliers and internal team
- Plan and implement projects, define scope, goals and deliverables and follow-up
- Work closely with top management and internal/external partners to meet deadlines
- Monitor and report project statuses to team and assess results
- Work closely with manufacturing to ensure successful implementation of project.
- Work closely with Quality departments both internally and externally to maintain a high-quality installation.
- Ability to communicate well with both written and verbal means and to work as a positive team member with a wide variety of people and disciplines within the organization.
- Self-motivated, able to work with autonomy. Must be proactive and assertive.

- Ability to make decisions while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues; ability to use reason, even when dealing with emotional topics

- Experience with a wide variety of electrical and mechanical installations
- Construction Management and/or technical degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years’ work experience in a Project Management or project planning
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical blueprints and specifications
- Strong interpersonal skills for developing and functioning in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Project, etc.)
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience utilizing BMI (Building Information Management) and MCOR
