Job Overview
Hubbell Lenoir City is currently recruiting for the following work schedule : Hours : 10 hours daily, from 4 PM to 2 : 30 AM Days : Monday through Thursday, with mandatory overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as needed.
Compensation details : Starting Wage : $19.00 per hour Shift Differential : Additional 10% of base pay Incentive Pay : Available Retention Bonus : Eligible for a $1,000 bonus after 90 days of employment

Please note : All candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
Employees operate a forklift at a brisk pace to transport materials and products from the storage yard on a pallet to the loading docks or staging areas.
They will also enter the plant floor to transfer or collect parts or products for transportation to the external storage area.
A Day In The Life
General Overview (not exhaustive) :
Must have previous experience operating a forklift
Responsible for conducting inspections on the forklift to verify its operational status
Capable of performing Bin Filling tasks
Tasked with retrieving customer orders
Ability to work collaboratively with team members
Should have strong communication skills
Physically able to manually lift and inspect products when a hoist is not necessary
