Position Summary
As a member of Huber Engineered Materials (HEM) Communications team, the Communications Intern draws on various communications skills augmenting a foundation of strong writing to tell stories and provide clear and accurate information to employees and other stakeholders within the HEM business. Project management, the ability to build networks and an attention for details will be important for supporting Huber’s strategies, initiatives and businesses with engaging content across various platforms. We are looking for a rising Junior, Senior, or a graduate student.

We are looking for a rising Junior, Senior, or a graduate student.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Research and write internal news items, including but not limited to employee recognition stories, updates on strategic activities and projects, financial updates, personnel announcements, and infographics
- Review and edit materials created by others
- Write content for HEM’s internal and external communications channels
- Support development of internal presentations
- Ability to manage numerous projects on tight deadlines.
- May perform other duties as needed
- Must be pursuing a degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or closely related field
- Must be able to commute to Atlanta, GA office 2-3 days/week.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with employees and stakeholders at all levels of the organization globally
- Must work well independently with little supervision as well as collaborate within a team environment
