Huber Engineered Materials is currently hiring a CRM Systems Administrator within the Information Technology organization. This role is a dynamic role that will focus on administration of Salesforce, supporting userbase, providing continuous improvement in Salesforce using best practices and maintain current processes.
This role will partner with our sales, marketing, R&D, innovation, customer service and other customer support functions to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient customer-facing processes within Salesforce. Role also interfaces directly with our front-line employees and senior management as well as internal/external IT team members.

Role also interfaces directly with our front-line employees and senior management as well as internal/external IT team members.
Scope of Role
- Salesforce Administration & Development
- Manage and administer Salesforce Sales Cloud ensuring system is ran with best practices and alignment with business needs.
- Provide user support, addressing issues/root cause analysis and delivering training content/session as needed.
- Create/improve reports and dashboards for user bases providing actionable insights for all level of peers.
- Maintain platform settings, instances, and third-party solutions by staying up to date with Salesforce new products/services and perform activities required for Salesforce releases.
- Project Collaboration
- Assist in project planning, execution, testing, deployment, and training.
- Actively participate in project meetings, providing updates on assigned Salesforce-related tasks and milestones.
- Foster a collaborative and knowledge sharing environment by involving team members on best practices and support.
- Integration/IT Infrastructure
- Assist team with troubleshooting integration issues with other company systems working together with integration specialists – Oracle, Azure Integration Services, Power BI, Tap Clicks, Pardot.
- Work with internal IT networks/infrastructure teams to ensure CRM systems are complying and following industry and internal guidelines, including authentication (OKTA) and support (ServiceNow).
- Participate and collaborate in cross functional teams in the rollout and integration of Salesforce to new business following acquisitions as well as disintegration of information.
- Education – Minimum of bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or MIS/Information Technology
- 3 years experience working as a sales or CRM business administrator/analyst with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud Administration. Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and capabilities to a global user base with user friendly language.
- Ability to facilitate meetings, group discussions, presentation, summarization and effective communication skills.
- Ability to make recommendations on application configuration improvements to team members.
- Experience working with different functions and teams across regions and BUs, in a corporate environment.
- Experience with formal change management processes, and working on teams that operate in agile, waterfall and hybrid development models.
- Experienced in group training and documenting procedures/training materials.
- Ability to work independently and on a team.
- A platform-agnostic mindset, but ability to learn and follow best practices within a given platform (i.e., Salesforce) through self-study and classroom settings.
- Desire to learn how to support/administer additional commercial business systems (e.g., pricing, innovation).
- Learn how multiple business units operate and how they use our commercial business systems at Huber Engineered Materials. These include but are not limited to Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, PriceFX, Accolade, Pardot and Enablon
- Ability to work on major projects while supporting day to day operations.
