In addition to base compensation, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and profit-sharing payout.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- General operational and leadership of the mobile shop. Working with the operations & maintenance team along with planner to prioritize the workflow of the mobile equipment shop.
- Designating work and managing the flow of the mobile equipment mechanic/s.
- Maintains and repairs plant mobile equipment. Exercises proficiency in the following areas:
- Electrode welding and acetylene torch cutting.
- Fabricating with steel and sheet metal.
- Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic systems, gasoline, propane, and diesel engines.
- Repairing/rebuilding hydraulic systems, including pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, hoses, etc.
- Inspection and repair of transmission and drivetrain, electrical system, brakes, suspension, wheels, alignment, etc.
- Rigging (use of chain falls, jacks, forklifts, etc.).
- Manufactures and/or installs parts or equipment as directed by the manager.
- Diagnose faults or malfunctions to determine required repairs using engine diagnostic equipment such as computerized test equipment and calibration devices.
- Maintains daily record of hours worked in various cost centers.
- Determine repair parts list from manuals or vendor contacts.
- Work with operators to determine breakdown root cause and improve equipment reliability.
