This position will be a strategic HR Business Partner to assigned Leaders for HEM (Huber Engineered Materials) global central functions, which includes: IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement and EHS&S. This position supports the development and implementation of talent strategies designed to assess and deliver the capabilities required to achieve the strategic objectives of the business. Programs may include and are not limited to: Talent Development, Succession Planning, Workforce Planning, Employee Engagement Initiatives, Performance Management and Building World-Class Teams.
This position will also support and help lead the cultural change process as the business unit shifts to a functionally aligned global structure while maintaining and in some cases upgrading the existing workforce. Promotes Huber Vision and Principles and the desired culture by developing professional and leadership competencies of all business unit employees.

Main Responsibilities
- Mentor, manage, and empower a strong leadership team within assigned function(s) and effectively communicate and collaborate with team members across different cultures, countries, and time zones.
- Challenge and engage leaders and senior managers in developing a long-term view of capability needs and work to continuously address skill gaps based on evolving strategic business requirements and marketplace.
- Coach and train leaders to make people and organizational development a priority at all levels of their function by effectively driving succession planning, people development, coaching, and performance management processes.
- Align organizational capabilities to support business strategy; Identify underlying organizational issues and opportunities to provide organizational design and development support to increasechang efficiency in order to drive a high performing organization.
- Work closely with teams to drive change management initiatives, establishing communication plans and ensuring transitions are smooth and effectively supported.
- Provide analytics for better planning and decision-making on workforce and organization development.
- Create a critical talent strategy, according to the Function’s strategic needs; define processes to identify and evaluate talent, establish competency and career planning models to enable talent growth.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to ensure optimal success rates in hiring and integrating new employees into the organization.
- Work with leaders to attract and retain a diverse, inclusive and highly engaged workforce; leverage total rewards programs to engage and retain talent; partner cross functionally to ensure variable pay programs drive the right behaviors.
- Ensure optimal learning impact by adapting tools and approaches to diversity of cultures, languages, generations and career development stages.
- Implement and monitor appropriate KPIs, metrics, scorecards to evaluate strategic alignment and positive impact of HR initiatives.
- 7 or more years of progressive experience in human resources with increasing supervisory and strategic responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Human Resources or related field. MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, management and organizational skills; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally & externally.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Multinational company experience preferable but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities within a lean organization; strong strategic, analytical and project management skills.
- Thorough knowledge of laws affecting human resources administration.
