Inside Sales/Warehouse Associate:
- Helping customers at the counter
- Assist on the phone, and by email
- Responsible for receiving, invoicing and pulling customer orders
- Shipping/receiving UPS and freight.
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Calling customers, taking down their order, and placing the order into HSC system
- Taking customer calls for our website. Tracking down orders and placing orders in HSC system from our website
- Customer service
- Meeting sales goals
- Self-confidence
- Product knowledge
- Presentation skills
- Client relationships
- Knowledge of welding and industrial equipment, consumables (preferred)
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients and customers
- Deadline and detail oriented
- Raise available if applicant obtains a CDL with HAZMAT endorsement
- Experience and proficiency with Excel
- Able to send and receive emails proficiently. Quotes and documents will need to be sent to customers or other team members
- Positive team-oriented attitude - most important
- Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
