Locally owned and operated - Hubies Express Car Wash is a father and son run express car wash in Pittsboro, NC. We are a year into the first site with more development upcoming providing more up and coming opportunity.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Site Manager. The Assistant Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction, managing store operations and staff, ensuring wash quality, performing light equipment maintenance, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in Store Management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Previous experience in the car wash or automotive industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
