Job Overview: Competitive Sales Associate positions in a family environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, helping prospective customers by:
- Confirming and following up on appointments
- Their visit to the dealership lot and/or showroom
- Vehicle selection
- Delivering a professional demonstration of new/used vehicles
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales
- Sales Associates should be money motivated, goal oriented, with a highly competitive nature.

Qualifications:
- Must be bold, articulate, and have a great sense of humor.
- Strong oral communications skills with the ability to build customer interest in our product.
- Previous dealership experience is a plus but not required.
- High energy, enthusiastic and money motivated.
- Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances, instill trust in others while upholding company values.
- Self starter that exhibits objectivity and creativity.
- Shows ability to work alone but come together as a team in order to achieve goals.
- Must posses a valid driver’s license
