Used Car Sales Manager Responsibilities :
- Responsible for all aspects of used vehicle sales.
- Build and maintain a highly motivated and productive sales force.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Meet vehicle unit sales quotas and objectives on a daily and monthly basis.
- Ensure that units sold assist the dealership in reaching its profit objectives.
- Manage daily operations of the sales department and its personnel.
- Supervise and motivate sales staff.
- Be willing to help sales team with CRM and customer contact.
- Close deals and manage a 100% TO policy.
- Work closely with F&I through credit and approvals to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage all aspects of vehicle inventory.
- MUST understand and be able to work prime and subprime credit deals from application, approval, rehash to delivery!
