Willow Valley Communities, a renowned senior living community in Lancaster, PA, has partnered with Hubric Resources to find a highly skilled Vice President of Human Resources. As part of the Willow Valley team, you will contribute to enhancing the quality of life for residents and make a meaningful impact.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in line with the organization's overall business plan and strategic direction. Key areas of focus include Team Member compensation, recruitment, succession planning, performance management, policy, and regulatory compliance. The Vice President of Human Resources will also serve as an integral member of the corporate leadership team, driving culture alignment, talent acquisition, and organizational design to support department goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership across all human resources functions
- Identify and ensure adherence to legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective
- Administer the workers' compensation program and reduce Team Member lost time
- Direct Team Leaders in resolving Team Member relations issues
- Oversee the performance management system to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization
- Lead the salary administration program to maintain compliance and competitiveness
- Assist in crafting talent acquisition strategies and evaluating training programs
- Participate in directing Team Leaders in orientation, educational sessions, and meetings
- Represent the organization at unemployment hearings and investigations
- Develop, communicate, and implement human resource policies to support business objectives
- Collect data and complete required reporting and key performance indicators
- Contribute to developing Team Member events and activities promoting healthy workplace culture
