Position Overview:
We are seeking an expert HubSpot Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our HubSpot CRM and email marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and running HubSpot CRM, executing email marketing strategies, and optimizing automated workflows. You will play a critical role in creating and executing targeted campaigns, driving lead generation, and ensuring smooth integration across the marketing and sales teams. Must have HubSpot certifications/courses completed.
This is a hands-on position, requiring deep HubSpot expertise, strong data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with the marketing and sales team to implement strategies that drive customer engagement, nurture leads and enhance overall marketing and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- HubSpot CRM Management:
Oversee the entire HubSpot CRM system, ensuring data cleanliness, segmentation, and optimized workflows. Lead the setup, management, and reporting of customer relationship processes to support sales and marketing teams. - Email Marketing Campaigns (HubSpot):
Lead the design wireframe, execution, and analysis of email marketing campaigns in HubSpot. Build and manage email automation workflows, segmentation strategies, and A/B testing to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Collaborate with graphic designer for UX optimization. - Lead Nurturing & Segmentation:
Develop and manage lead nurturing workflows to ensure leads move through the funnel efficiently. Use HubSpot to segment and target audiences based on behavior, engagement, and demographics. - Reporting & Analytics:
Monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPI), such as email performance, lead generation, and sales conversion. Use HubSpot analytics tools to make data-driven decisions and suggest improvements to marketing and sales strategies. - Integrations & Automations:
Work with the technical team to integrate HubSpot with other tools and platforms (e.g., social media, e-commerce platforms such as NetSuite, and other analytics tools). Design automated workflows that streamline marketing and sales processes. - Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams:
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals, lead qualification, and customer communication strategies. Provide training and support on HubSpot functionalities and best practices. - Content Strategy & Optimization:
Optimize email content for better engagement, test different approaches, and iterate based on data insights. Align email content with broader marketing strategies, brand guidelines, and customer needs. - Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure all email marketing campaigns comply with legal standards such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other privacy regulations. Maintain best practices for data management and email deliverability.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5 years of experience in email marketing, using HubSpot, HubSpot CRM management, and marketing automation.
- HubSpot certification/ courses
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful email marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
- Strong background in CRM management, segmentation, lead nurturing, and workflow automation.
- Experience with lead generation strategies and B2B/B2C marketing.
- Experience with A/B testing for email campaigns and landing pages.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
- Advanced knowledge of email marketing and automated workflows in HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of analytics and reporting tools within HubSpot.
- Familiarity with HubSpot integrations (e.g. NetSuite) is a plus.
- Analytical & Data-Driven:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
- Ability to generate and assess KPIs such as conversion rates, email performance metrics, and lead nurturing efficiency.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, content, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with company goals.
- Time Management:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with advanced email tactics (dynamic content, personalization, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategy.
Compensation:
- $85,000 - $110,000 per year (based upon experience)
