About the Team :
Join HubSpot's Marketplace Product Group, where we connect our customers with essential goods and services, including apps, from our diverse partner ecosystem. Our mission has two parts :
- We empower partners and developers by simplifying the process of listing and distributing products through our marketplaces
- We support end customers in finding and adopting the solutions they need to succeed on HubSpot's platform
With the recent release of app cards, our developer platform has undergone a significant transformation. These app cards enable developers to build dynamic, React-based applications that directly integrate into HubSpot's UI. These new capabilities have created large opportunities for our customers and partners, which in turn increases the importance of HubSpot's marketplaces.
The Marketplace Framework team is building out a new platform to power marketplaces at HubSpot. Our goal is to accelerate the pace of development and iteration in HubSpot's ecosystem by building an extensible and reusable data model to power any type of product or service that third party companies can provide through our partner programs and developer platform.

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot's bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot's equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
