What are the responsibilities and job description for the AI Consultant (100% remote) position at Hubstaff?
We are looking for early career professionals who are eager to help small and medium-sized businesses across the USA incorporate AI / GenAI into their services and products. This is a part-time, volunteer role with the potential to transition into paid consulting engagements, dependent on performance and ambition.
We expect that you will either already be working at a full time job or are a full time student - our program has been designed to work around 9-5 schedules (EST time zone). You will have the opportunity to gain invaluable experience on how SMEs are using AI / GenAI by working on real world business challenges, which can be used to accelerate your career in AI consulting.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated interest in AI / ML and Generative AI
- Previous experience with consulting engagements
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Eager and interested in helping SMEs with AI adoption
- Able to commit 4-6 hours each week
