About the Role
We are looking for a UX / UI Designer that can advocate for the user journey. You’ll play a big role in shaping the usability and design of the user interfaces. You’ll work closely with the programmers and artists to achieve a consistent branding and user experience. You’ll be working remotely. As an early team member, you'll have a seat at the table helping grow and influence the company as we grow.

At least 2-5 years of UX / UI design in a professional capacity.Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout.Experience with wireframing and UI design tools.A portfolio of your work included in your application.Ability to work remotely with diligence and little supervision.Being a self-starter. Two-week sprints with weekly team meetings to review and adjust tasks.All work undergoes review to ensure it meets ChronoCraft’s design standards.Prior to investor funding, you will work part-time. After securing funding, you’ll work full-time.About ChronoCraft
ChronoCraft is an upcoming game platform where users can create worlds, stories, minigames, and adventures. At launch, it will feature an MMO server to attract users and showcase the platform's innovative features and creative potential.

We are a team of 10 devs from various countries working remotely.We are a tight-knit group. A few of us have known each other for 10 years. Some of us have made friendships beyond the workplace.We value honest feedback, being mission-driven, and pursuing hard challenges.We believe in giving you the agency and creative freedom to bring your best work forward.We have been approached by 4 investors and rejected their offers to preserve team equity and maintain a great work culture.Closest look-alike competitor is Roblox (valued at $29B ); we believe ChronoCraft will reach a valuation in the billions in 5-9 years.With just our Alpha launch, we built relationships with YouTubers from Minecraft, MMO, and Roblox (totaling millions of followers).Plans to integrate NFT collectibles and crypto transactions, tapping into another multi-billion-dollar market in the future.We are preparing to approach investors in the coming months to secure funding now that we are in a good place for team expansion.We are committed to launching it ourselves regardless, which puts us in a strong negotiating position with investors.Pre-funding team members will receive equity . After funding, developers will initially earn $50-80k salaries . After profits, salary increases and bonuses will be given.
